Nations Financial Holdings Group, Inc is always looking for great companies to aquire or manage.  There are several investment criteria that it believes will prove important inseeking its investment objectives with respect to the financial goals of NFHG.  However, these criteria are general guidelines and may not be met by each prospective company in which NFHG chooses to invest in.

Investment Parameters

• Privatly held companies
• Up to $10 million funding size
• At least 4 year business history
• Positive cashflow prefered, however breakeven or negative cashflow will be considered after an indepth analysis
• Company license to be in good standing with appropriate regulartory agency
• Low employee turnover
• Key management has long track record in industry
• Tangible Assets

• 1st Position Equity

Portfolio Company Characteristics

• Experienced Management
• Positive cash flow
• Potenial for growth
• Strong competitive position in industry or market area
